Description
The Kink is a street machine. It’s built for predictability and durability in urban and park riding, and it’s at home on handrails and jibs. It’s the board of choice for team rider Jed Anderson and many others who ride the street or cruise the rail line on the hill. Extra Camber puts camber underfoot for pop and smooth turn initiation, with a minimal amount of rocker at the tips for predictable, catch-free performance. A quadratic sidecut adds predictability and edge hold, and Slim Walls and Cleave Edge™ make for a smoother ride and even stronger durability than before. The Kink is designed for modern freestyle and street riding.

- Extra Camber: A higher-rise camber that feels snappy, lively, and responsive, with minimal tip rocker for catch-free performance
- Twin shape: The same nose and tail for park riding, riding switch, or just looking good
- Quadratic sidecut: Blends three radii for better turn initiation and exit with plenty of grip
- Slim Walls: A fully 3D composite structure over Slimewall® material for more efficient energy transfer, lighter weight, and better damping
- Cleave Edge™: Nearly 50% more steel for unmatched resistance to edge cracking, and it can be detuned to larger radii
- Double Impact Plates: Added under each binding area to improve compressive strength and help prevent breaks
- Biaxial fiberglass: 90° and 0° angles for a fun, forgiving feel
- Extruded 1500 base: Good wax absorption and easy to repair, with a stone-ground finish
- Foundation Core: Tip-to-tail aspen with proven durability that holds its pop and flex
