More Money for less cash. The New GNU Money 2018

With this coming winter’s snowboards beginning to slide into the shop, there’s one board that will definitely catch your eye. Whenever you look at a Gnu board you notice their board shapes stand out. Lib Tech and Gnu have been showcasing distinct shapes with their Magna Traction edge design and Banana Rocker bends for years. With it’s sophomore year on GNU’s line, the Money, follows suite with an old school sharp nose and sawed off tail. At first glance, you might think this board is a powder slayer, but it’s centered stance and twin shape make the Money a full fledge jib stick.

With the growing trend of funky tip and tail designs pushing their way back into the scene, it’s easy to misinterpret what this board is fully capable of. Don’t let your eyes deceive you, this board will ride just as true whether you’re approaching the lip of your local handrail switch or regular. The directional twin shape provides a centered stance with added pop in the tail and the C2easy rocker lets you have more control without losing that soft jib feel.

We were fortunate enough to demo this one of a kind deck at the end of the 2017 season and we all came to the same conclusion. This board was made for us midwesterners. The serrated Magna-Traction edges grip the hard pack while the C2 Rocker gives us the forgiving float we want when tucking into the trees on our way to the park. Don’t worry, the co-extruded base is tough enough to clip a few branches on the way through.

At a price of $350, you get a lot of Money for the right amount of cash. This board easily compares to decks running $100 more that have a similar overall construction. So get the best bang for your buck on this one of a kind deck that is sure to turn heads with the coolest looking board shape on the hill.

Want a chance to win the Money? Head over to www.gnu.com to enter for a chance to win this board from now through October 2nd, 2017. If you don’t want to bet against the odds, there’s one thing for sure. You can stop into either one of our stores where we can help you get your hands on some Money.
